ABOUT ME
Glenn Ramilo comes from a family of real estate professionals. Even though Glenn holds a degree in Bachelors of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University, he just couldn’t keep away from being in the real estate industry. He decided to become a Realtor in 1996 and joined RE/MAX LTD Select in Northridge, CA. In his first 10 years in business, his production doubled each year thanks to the support and tools provided by his team of professionals. Glenn moved his real estate practice to the DFW area in 2007 where he continued to grow his real estate career. Right now his team includes his wife Anna who is a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, his son Jonathan who is also a licensed real estate agent, and Jeremy his marketing web designer.

Although Glenn does regular prospecting, about 80% of his business still comes from referrals. “Whether I’m dealing with a buyer or a seller, it is important for me to really listen to my clients to know what they need and want, and really work hard to meet these needs. I go out of my way to serve them beyond their expectations and it doesn’t matter if it’s a $50,000 condo to a $2.5M property, I treat them all the same way,” he says. Because of this, almost every client he’s had has sent him a referral. Glenn truly lives his motto, “Committed to Integrity, Trust, and Professionalism in Real Estate” to get the job done and keep his clients happy.
Glenn was born in Manila, Philippines and he speaks fluent Tagalog. His passion is serving Jesus in his church in Richardson and improving his tennis game.
